eunice

i spent a lot of time with eunice today, and i feel really nostalgic about it. for those of you who don't know, eunice was my "best friend" in freshmen year. i did absolutely everything with her, particularly because there was only one period a day that we didn't see each other. she introduced me to a lot of things: bubble tea, kdramas, rain, starbucks, slacking, sifting through what people say to find the truth, some anime, and sitting in borders for absolutely no reason. we were partners in crime, lengauer's henchmen, we did most of the tedious gruntwork for the art show our freshmen year, but i can't seem to get it back. it's there under the surface, but i think since the one fight we've ever had i can't go back. i told her how i feel, i never said sorry but we eventually became friends again within a few weeks. i feel dumb saying it, but things will never be the same and a part of me cares.
